American Medflight Inc. is the western pacific
states’ top fixed wing air ambulance service
providing exceptional medical transport services
for the injured and critically ill citizens from
our rural communities into and out of our larger
urban hospitals in Nevada, California and Utah.
Our fleet of aircraft operate full time, 24
hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a
year from two bases located on the eastern and
western slopes of Nevada.

The importance of experience in the care
and transport of a patient cannot be
underscored. At American Medflight, our
on board medical crew consists of a
Critical Care Flight Nurse and Critical
Care Flight Paramedic who have the
knowledge, skills and experience to
provide Intensive Care Unit (ICU) level
monitoring and patient care from bedside
to bedside. Each of our pilots
have over 3000 hours of Pilot In Command
(PIC) experience, turbo prop,
multi-engine, instrument and commercial
ratings and care very much about the
safety of the aircraft, the flight and
the passengers.

American Medflight utilizes
four Piper Cheyenne aircraft full dedicated to
air ambulance operations. Our aircraft are
maintained by our on-site maintenance department
available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for
immediate response. American Medflight uses the
Life Port Plus patient loading system, making
the transition from ground ambulance to the
aircraft seamless and safe for both the patient
and crew. In addition to the Life Port Plus, all
aircraft are equipped with medical equipment and
drugs to provide the highest level of critical
care intervention.
