How It Works
By signing up now for a $45 or $85 membership,
which includes all immediate family that have a
primary insurance in your household, you will
become a SaveAir member who is entitled to our
life saving service. As members, if anyone has a
serious accident or acute health problem, we
will be dispatched to the hospital that
you are at and transported to a higher level of
care hospital for advance treatment. Saving
lives is obviously the prime directive here, but
to be able to accomplish this without
sacrificing your whole life savings can provide
immeasurable peace of mind.

SaveAir, AMF will waive the co-payments not
covered by insurance, saving you hundreds and

Rapid Response
When your physician makes that critical first
call, our AMF bases in Reno and Elko are alerted
in moments, and respond within minutes. You will
be serviced by the base with the shortest
response time to your location (hospital or
clinic). Our certified and dedicated medical
team with its 300 MPH pressurized, all-weather
turboprop aircraft will arrive with surprising
efficiency.
Our Commitment
American Medflight is committed to providing the
best medical air transport service available for
Nevada and its surrounding states. We will work
hard on behalf of all our sending and receiving
facilities along with the patients and their
families. From the time of first contact with
our professional medical dispatching to the
superior patient care to assisting the patient
and family members with insurance issues in a
timely manner. American Medflight can make this
a seamless process, removing unnecessary stress
on both patients and family members.
SaveAir Membership Rules
American Medflight, Inc. will accept patients’
major medical insurance, after deductible, as
payment-in-full for all appropriate, emergent
air transports.
Membership begins upon receipt of funds and
verification of insurance. Membership expires
one year (365 days) after start date.
No refunds will be issued on membership
purchases.
I hereby apply for membership for myself and my
dependent family members listed on this
application. American Medflight, Inc. covers
husband, wife, and unmarried, dependent children
under the age of 23 claimed on my tax return.
Children not claimed require a separate
membership, even if the child lives at the same
residence.
I agree to transfer directly to American
Medflight, Inc my rights to all insurance
payments or other applicable coverage due to me
for American Medflight Inc services. Provided I
have major medical insurance coverage with
transportation benefits, American Medflight Inc
will accept payment from insurance carriers as
payment in full. Deductibles remain the
responsibility of the insured. Patient agrees to
assist American Medflight Inc with any appeals
for under-payment of insurance benefits.
I understand that participation in American
Medflight’s “SaveAir” membership plan may allow
me, or any of my listed family members to
receive a 50% discount for elective
transportation provided only by American
Medflight, Inc. Elective transports require
scheduling and payment arrangements 24 hours in
advance.
I understand that American Medflight, Inc
transports patients based on medical need, not
membership status, and transports patients to
the nearest, appropriate medical facility.
I understand that any flights must be ordered by
a licensed physician.
I understand that weather or other circumstances
beyond our control may prohibit availability of
service.
I understand that my flight benefits do not
